Will I dont miss a day but my only problem is I am taking colesterol tablets everything morning n I am wondering if it will be OK
Them im hving problem passing my stool,apart from that everything is OK.. I slept life a baby at nights and wake up ready for work in the morning.

The fish oil does have an after taste but it doesn't last long like others. I noticed a subtle difference just two days after starting my packs and now after a week I'm feeling better than I have in awhile. I'm also raving to family and friends! I received a booklet with my pack to explain everything about my supplements. Well worth the money, which is also reasonable.
Since taking my vitamins that was recommended based on my assessment, I've been feeling a lot more energetic and focused.
I love the individual daily packets. So convenient. I haven’t noticed a big change in how I feel, but it’s only been a couple of weeks.
